Women Who Fast is an intermittent fasting app created with YOU in mind every step of the way! From the unique and easy to use timer, progress calendar, and a never-ending supply of information pertinent to all women (especially those who fast)….we think you’re going to like it. Plus, no lengthy, onboarding questionnaire to fill out so once you’ve downloaded the app and logged in you can be fasting literally within seconds. And last but certainly not least? It’s FREE. What makes Women Who Fast different from the other intermittent fasting apps?
• After experiencing the other fasting apps, our objective was clear: We set out to create an easy to use, easy to edit and easy to customize fasting timer for you along with lots of healthy fasting tips and options about how to get started and what you can look forward to when it comes to intermittent fasting.
• The app is free! The Women Who Fast app is free for you to download, and every feature is free to use without any paid subscriptions. We will all see the same things every day.
• Women Who Fast is created by two women JUST for women so we can regularly discuss life for women. (Hormones, mental and physical health, skin care, fashion, travel, relationships, etc.).
• Women Who Fast believes that sustainable weight loss is just one of many amazing health benefits the body experiences with ongoing intermittent fasting.
• Women Who Fast isn’t here to track what you eat because intermittent fasting is a food free experience! We believe that no eating plan works for everybody and for those who want to keep track of calories, micros and macros? There are plenty of amazing apps out there that do it very well.
• The provided (often for a price) resources on the other fasting apps seem to focus a lot about what and how to eat and at least one of the popular fasting apps even charges for access to recipes. When the act of intermittent fasting is literally the total opposite of eating! We want your fasting time to be a slice of “mental vacation time” for you when you don’t have to think about food and you can think about other things that appeal to YOU.
• Therefore, instead of diet focused information that you probably know anyway, we’ve decided to include helpful and entertaining topics for you each day while you fast similar to the conversations you might have with your best girlfriends at coffee. (Rest assured, we won’t be talking about politics or religion…we want it to be a stress free and enjoyable time for you.)
• How do we pay our bills? We will include affiliate links here and there to items we LOVE from organizations we trust.
